General Job Description: ACCO Engineered Systems, founded in 1934, is a leading provider of design, installation, and service of mechanical systems. ACCO is looking for an Integration Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our information technology services. The Integration Specialist will be responsible for overseeing integration development from internal and external resources. Reporting to the Director of Data and Field Services, this role plays a critical part building reliable integrations and pipelines for business productivity, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Boomi AtomSphere platform, connecting cloud-based and on-premises applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop integration solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain Boomi processes, maps, and connectors to facilitate data exchange between systems.
- Implement APIs and web services to support integration initiatives.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and performance testing to ensure quality and reliability of integrations. Work with the quality assurance team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, working with managed services or offshore teams.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Boomi integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, application developers) to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Boomi features and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of integration standards and processes.
- Make recommendation on how to best use integration resources and build in reliability.
Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.):
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred
- Certification as a desirable
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Boomi AtomSphere platform, including process building, mapping, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Experience with API development and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Proficiency in data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Boomi certifications (e.g., Associate Developer, Professional Developer).
- Experience with other integration platforms (e.g., Talend, MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Hours: This is a non-exempt position from Monday through Friday. Work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm with a one-hour break for lunch and two rest breaks. Eight hours per day is required and other occasional overtime may be necessary per business needs. Travel: 0 -5% of the time to and from the primary office to regional branch Competitive Wages: $106,500 to $143,000 Annual Salary.
