We're seeking a Project Architect-a licensed creative thinker and doer-to join our team. We welcome applicants who bring curiosity and experience across a range of markets including hospitality, education, residential, workplace, and entertainment. If you're a technically skilled professional with a strong foundation in Revit, fluency in building systems, and a passion for delivering high-quality construction documents, this role is for you.

What you will do:
  • Participate in the formation of high performing team alongside Project Manager consistent with established teaming process.
  • Lead the development of design solutions, coordination, and production efforts on a wide range of projects, through all phases of the design, in an iterative and collaborative design process in alignment with project success metrics.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and manage expectations by ensuring clear, two-way communication between the client team and the broader internal team.
  • Encourage and apply regenerative approaches to design and performance of the built, social, and natural environments.
  • Motivate the project team to provide their best by supporting team member development and growth through thoughtful task assignment.
  • Manage collaboration with related disciplines (consultants and contractors) for best design outcomes.
  • Identify potential risk through the project process and raise concerns with Project Manager and Project Executive.
  • Participate with project management and project teams on CA processes, on-site observations, and verifications.
  • Participate in the project pursuit process by providing, preparing, and reviewing content for proposals/interviews and participating in interviews.
  • Adopt and proficiently use: Revit/BIM 360, Bluebeam, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Build awareness and engage with: Rhino, Enscape, Lumion.
  • Lead code review and identify and resolve special code conditions.
  • Lead all technical aspects of the project while supporting design and project success metrics.
  • Maintain responsible control over technical submissions when required to sign and seal documents.
  • Be accountable for a complete and quality set of architectural documents that meet contract requirements.
What we look for:
  • Bachelor and/or master's degree in architecture.
  • 10+ years of overall industry experience
  • Proficiency in Revit and Office 365 required. Skills in other software such as Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Rhino, Lumion, etc. are ideal.
  • Deep knowledge of major building systems and a strong background in detailing is desired.
  • Proficiency defining/developing/organizing technical delivery.
  • Proficiency in delegating tasks to other team members.
  • Clear and thoughtful communication skills (visual, written, and verbal).
  • Ability to work closely with project designers and project managers.
  • Ability to mentor staff with less experience.
Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities. Our talent management team can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
