Duration: Fulltime with Cognizant

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript Java 8 and Java 11.

* Design and implement microservices architecture to ensure efficient and reliable system performance.

* Integrate and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.

* Utilize AWS SNS and AWS Lambda for building and deploying serverless applications.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.

* Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality.

* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

* Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

* Ensure that all development activities comply with company standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Must have strong experience in JavaScript Java 8 and Java 11.

* Must have hands-on experience with Kafka and microservices architecture.

* Must be proficient in AWS SNS and AWS Lambda.

* Should have a solid understanding of full stack development principles.

* Should have experience in IT Operations or Broadcasting domains.

* Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $93,000 to $109,000k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
