The Director of Enrollment Strategy will be responsible for working cross functionally to drive critical strategic enrollment initiatives through the organization that generate measurable impact for Bright Horizons centers. You will leverage your expertise in strategy and operations to help grow revenue. In this role, you will lead high-priority projects, tracking progress on key deliverables, and maintaining key plans. Strong skills in process development, program management, and the ability to influence and work in a matrixed environment are required. You will report directly to the VP Client and Enrollment Marketing as a lead on critical growth initiatives to evolve the enrollment experience. This is a great fit for someone in consulting who wants to move into the business lines. This Hybrid role requires in-person work three days per week at our Newton, MA headquarters.
