Our Company The Opportunity Are you an expert with guiding a large and sophisticated security engineering team for a SaaS organization? Do you have experience leading a global and multi-disciplinary organization focused on software development and operations and improving the organization security posture? We're looking for you to join Adobe as our Senior Director, Security Engineering. In this role, which reports directly to the Vice President of Cyber Operations, you'll lead a global Security Engineering organization, which partners with product development & operations teams, our core infrastructure teams, our architecture teams, our privacy office and cyber legal team. In addition, you'll build tight partnerships with the leadership across all of Adobe to achieve your goals. Your team will get to partner with engineering leaders across our complete spectrum of products. What you'll do Manage a global team of engineers towards innovation, partnership, collaboration, and operational excellence. Adobe is constantly innovating and threat actors targeting Adobe are also innovating as well. You will constantly challenge the status quo and ensure that new and innovative solutions are developed and operated to meet the business requirements of today and into the future. This role will ensure that our security services not only fix immediate tactical issues but align Adobe solutions towards delivering long-term strategic and sustainable real security value. This will be a highly collaborative position driving and owning relationships within Adobe at all levels and external to Adobe. It is expected that you will operate independently and build confidence with technology, business, and product executives across Adobe. You will lead an organization that owns and drives security outcomes across a global team of engineers. Partner within the security team and across Adobe to own specific security outcomes and help drive overall security posture improvements.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
