As we rapidly scale and transition our processes to cloud-native solutions, we are seeking a visionary Vice President of Software Development to drive all aspects of software development and help us achieve the next level of excellence. Role Overview: As VP of Software Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development process, ensuring delivery of scalable and cutting-edge solutions that support our SaaS platform. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead through change, drive architectural transformation, build high-performing teams, and work collaboratively across departments to create solutions that meet the needs of corporate customers and align with Relativity's ambitious goals. Job Description and Requirements Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class software development organization through transformational changes and rapid scaling. Architectural Innovation: Drive the implementation of modern architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency for large-scale SaaS solutions. DevOps Excellence: Champion DevOps practices to achieve seamless CI/CD pipelines, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Talent Management: Recruit top-tier talent and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization. Continuously raise the bar on team capabilities. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product teams and customers to align software development efforts with business needs and customer expectations. Technology Vision: Incorporate advanced technologies like Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and Big Data analytics to create innovative solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $240,000 and $360,000 The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
