The Revenue Operations team seeks a strategic and results-driven professional to fill a Senior Revenue Growth Strategy position. This role is pivotal in driving revenue expansion and generating actionable insights. As the Senior Revenue Growth Strategist, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, providing strategic analysis, data-driven recommendations, and innovative solutions to optimize growth. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies. You will be instrumental in refining go-to-market approaches, identifying strategic partnerships, and unlocking substantial revenue growth opportunities.

What you'll do:



  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced methodologies to measure the effectiveness of revenue initiatives against company KPIs, including ROI and long-term value.
  • Direct the development, optimization, and execution of comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, expansion, loyalty, and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee testing, measurement, and iteration of complex, multi-faceted growth strategies.
  • Spearhead research into advanced customer engagement, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of extensive prospect and customer data sets to identify key insights and opportunities.
  • Partner to optimize customer onboarding and retention experiences to maximize lifetime value.
  • Establish and manage key growth operations metrics and reporting.
  • Formulate competitive strategies and growth plans aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the enterprise data ecosystem, including intricate data generated by Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Deliver strategic insights, reasoning, and recommendations to executive leadership, influencing key business decisions.
  • Develop and present executive-level content, including strategic plans and performance reports.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial and innovative culture, driving strategic initiatives with a focus on customer impact and sustainable growth.


Who you are:



  • Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or other quantitative fields required.
  • 12+ years of experience in a quantitative analytics role, preferably in a high-growth environment, working across multiple stakeholders, teams, or businesses.
  • Strong analytical skills, expertise in process design, effective problem-solving abilities, and extensive project management experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, managing multiple high-priority assignments and deadlines.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of deriving strategic insights and actionable recommendations from complex data.
  • Superior communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
  • Experience building easily digestible data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
  • Advanced experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce.com)
  • Experience with data modeling and analytics in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Knowledge of data mining principles, predictive analytics, and data integration from diverse on-premises and cloud-based sources.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
