Seeking Production Workers to join our microelectronics manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for precision assembly of electronic components in a cleanroom environment. Success in this position requires hand/finger dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions.

Training Schedule:

All contractors will start on 1st shift for training regardless of assigned shift.

Classroom Training (approx. 2 business days or 1 week potentially): Covers onboarding, safety, timekeeping, and system access.

On-the-Job Training (OTJ): Conducted during daytime hours prior to shift transition. Timing varies by trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual assembly including soldering and microelectronic component handling

Use of microscopes, ovens, and semi-automated equipment

Follow detailed work instructions through the Factory Operating System (FOS)

Log nonconformance's and perform necessary rework

Complete annual training in safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (AA/AS or technical training a plus)

Up to 2 years of relevant experience in electronics or manufacturing

Ability to read engineering drawings and follow procedures

Proficiency in basic math and computer use

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Desired Skills: Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing Soldering to Military or ANSI/J standards Familiarity with microelectronic assembly and inspection Strong focus on quality and teamwork Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
