About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Management Systems Engineer to join our growing Network Engineering team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-career technologist to gain hands-on experience in network automation, DDI services (DNS, DHCP, IPAM), and network performance monitoring, all within a collaborative and innovative setting. Key Responsibilities - DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) Management: * Administer and support core DDI services * Handle ServiceNow DNS/DHCP requests * Troubleshoot misconfigurations and maintain documentation - Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: * Monitor performance and respond to alerts * Investigate and resolve issues promptly - Automation & Scripting: * Develop and maintain Python scripts for DDI and network automation - Linux Support: * Provide Linux-related troubleshooting and integration support - Documentation & Reporting: * Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and performance Must-Have Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience - 1+ year in network engineering or system administration - Strong Linux skills (command-line and shell scripting) - Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM - Proficiency in Python scripting - Familiarity with tools like LogicMonitor, NetBox, ServiceNow, EfficientIP Desired Skills - Understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, and subnetting - Familiarity with network security practices - Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills Benefits at a Glance - Choice of 3 health plans - Vision and dental coverage - 22 days PTO, 12+ holidays, 8 weeks parental leave - Tuition benefit up to $4,360/year or $2,000 for professional development - Life insurance, short-term disability, FSAs - Flexible and hybrid work environment Ready to Join Us?
