We are looking for a highly skilled ITSM Change Manager to oversee and manage a team supporting the IT infrastructure and network services across multiple government sites. The ideal candidate will leverage ITIL best practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across all associated services.



Job Description

    Responsible for leading change management for all IT services and support.
  • Implement ITSM practices IAW the current ITIL best practices framework.
  • Manage the Change Management process to ensure that changes are carried out in a controlled, efficient, and low-risk manner.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all IT changes, including standard, emergency, and major changes.
  • Evaluate and assess change requests (RFCs) for risk, impact, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist with Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  • Ensure changes are properly documented, tested, and approved before implementation.
  • Monitor and report on change metrics, KPIs, and trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with service owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful change outcomes.
  • Maintain and improve the Change Management process, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in ITSM or ITIL-based Change Management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Desired Experience/Certifications

  • Relevant technical BS degree
  • ITIL Foundation certification (Intermediate or Expert level preferred).
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Cherwell.
