Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$30.32 - $39.42 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for assigned cost centers or business units, with a focus on payroll-related data.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes by developing detailed payroll cost projections.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual payroll expenses and budget/forecast figures.
• Assist in the creation of proformas and financial models involving payroll impacts for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and payroll taxes in coordination with HR and payroll vendors.
• Audit timekeeping records and payroll inputs for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate and respond to internal and external payroll-related audits and surveys.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Support process improvements and system upgrades impacting payroll and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, and Operations to ensure payroll integrity and alignment with financial objectives.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
