The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Grade: Professional 308 Pay Range: $73,000.00 - $109,400.00Job Description What You'll Do: The Partner Success Manager furthers WGU's mission of creating pathways to opportunity at scale by serving the talent management objectives of large and strategic organizations across the country in assigned student pipeline vertical- transfer institutions. By positioning WGU as the premier partner of workforce development solutions, this position will ensure the objectives and evolving needs of existing and recently secured partnerships are met while keenly focusing on account growth, support, and strategic expansion. Serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client support, this position maintains strong relationships with client stakeholders while driving growth of WGU's portfolio of workforce development solutions. This position will develop existing partnerships with transfer institutions throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Western Pennsylvania. **Location: To be considered for this role candidates must be located in Southern Ohio or Kentucky.** Main Responsibilities Include:
