Functional Analyst

We're seeking a Functional Analyst - Customer Integration Domain, to analyze and document needs for software applications and technology solutions by recording functional requirements of users and converting those into functional specifications in order to guide the creation of software applications and supporting non-functional requirements for technology solutions that match the needs of the customer.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:
Collect, understand and document the processes in the Customer Experience Domain, launch to market flows and specify the supporting technical processes of direct Customer Integrations
Carry out feasibility studies and risk analysis to prove the developed solutions
Present results to the various stakeholders
Drive the squad members in its understanding of all requirements and user stories in order to make sure that the squad can make an accurate and realistic estimate of the story
Assist the product owner and project leader in the functional area by providing follow-up and guidance of programming and implementation of new or modified programs or applications to ensure proper execution
Design future proof functional solutions that take into account the global context of all different business lines in order to have a solid basis for future implementations.
Update and maintain professional knowledge and demonstrate up-to-date expertise on the company processes within the customer integration functional domain in order to do profound research and recommend solutions and improvements for the benefit of the organization.
After development is ready, validate the delivered solution fulfills the initial business needs
Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate technical information to individuals with non-technical backgrounds/experience; facilitating discovery sessions and alignment discussions
Proven ability to collaborate in an effective, positive manner with employees at all levels across the organization
Attention to detail with proficient organization and time management skills
Knowledge and/or experience working in an Agile/Scrum/KANBAN SDLC environment
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% internationally
HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Information Technology, Management, Business Administration, or applicable experience.
2+ years' experience performing a substantially similar role working in functional analysis or business process management
Prior experience with IT systems specific to Customer Integrations such as API's file sharing, punchout, and eCommerce processes, is a plus, but not required.
Proven track record in business analysis, planning, implementing, and communicating technical information
Ability to handle multiple projects and changes quickly and effectively
Proficiency in office suite products such as Google or Microsoft as well as project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Familiarity with good software development principles, such as INVEST, and data modeling, such as UML diagrams and ,BPML
Proven experience and demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
