The Opportunity: Elevate Your Network Systems Expertise
As a Network Systems Administrator, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing robust network infrastructures. This role focuses on Cisco switches and routers, encompassing advanced configuration, proactive maintenance, strategic upgrades, and intricate troubleshooting. You'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless and secure network operations for vital federal projects.
Core Qualifications: What You Bring
- Active Secret Security Clearance and US Citizenship are REQUIRED.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Cisco Network Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Cisco switches and routers, including Cisco IOS and related protocols.
- Advanced Cisco IOS Proficiency: Expert-level command of configuring Cisco router and switch commands, including routing protocols, VLANs, Quality of Service (QoS), and advanced security features.
- Foundational Networking Acumen: A solid grasp of core network concepts such as TCP/IP, subnetting, network protocols, and network topology.
- Exceptional Troubleshooting Capabilities: Proven ability to efficiently and accurately diagnose complex network problems utilizing advanced debugging tools and sophisticated network analysis techniques.
Desired Skills: Enhance Your Impact
While not required, experience with Taclane and Cisco LISP would be highly beneficial and allow you to further enhance your contributions.
