EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 10+ years of strategic marketing experience in the entertainment industry, including at least 3 years in a senior position. Must have international marketing expertise with a comprehensive understanding of how to promote artists through localized marketing strategies. Proven track record of successfully promoting emerging artists, building artist brand identities, and demonstrating audience growth. Well-established network within the music, entertainment, media, and creative sectors. In-depth knowledge of streaming services, social media platforms, content strategy, and the digital advertising landscape. Exceptional written and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal presentation skills with the ability to inspire others about ideas and strategies. Ability to lead, supervise, coach, and provide feedback to staff, with a passion for employee development. Strong enthusiasm for independent music and artist development.
