Position Description

You are the purest hunter in the organization, focused exclusively on driving high-volume, rapid-cycle Net-New Logo Acquisition in the Small-to-Midsize Business (SMB) segment. This role requires exceptional focus on activity KPIs, rapid pipeline creation, and the ability to close transactional deals quickly and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly quotas, driven almost entirely by securing Net-New Logo business in the SMB space.



  • Maintain high activity KPIs, rapidly qualifying leads, and prioritizing opportunities that can close in <60 days.



  • Own the entire sales cycle from qualification to close, focusing on rapid discovery and high-volume proposal generation.



  • Achieve maximum efficiency using the sales tech stack (CRM, prospecting tools) to manage a high volume of concurrent opportunities.



Requirements


  • 1-3 years of successful quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven focus on high-volume, transactional closing.



  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full, rapid sales cycle and consistently achieve target quotas.



  • Exceptional organizational skills, high proficiency in prospecting tools, and strong fundamental closing skills.
