Job Responsibilities:

• Process and manage payroll for a designated group of employees accurately and efficiently, including all payroll-related deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including changes in compensation, tax status, and benefits deductions.
• Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations, tax laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Handle payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll reports, tax filings, and audits.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate recording of payroll expenses and reconciliations.
• Additional tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems; experience with [specific software/system] is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Excel
