Location:Lee Health -2776 Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33901 Department: Radiology Admin Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$38.48 - $50.01 / hour Lee Health is looking for a Program Manager focused on magnetic resonance safety and quality across our growing health system. If youre an MRI expert who knows your ACR standards inside and out, passionate about high-quality imaging and safety, and ready to help lead policy, training, and accreditation we want to meet you! -ARRT MRI certified -MRSO certified or willing to pursue certification within 6 months Be a part of shaping system-wide excellence in MR care. Summary The Program Manager of MR Safety is responsible for the safety of the (MR) systems and procedures. Serves as an expert technologist on MRI Quality and Safety for all locations. Acts as a resource concerning MRI implant and device clearance, image post-processing and ensures that protocols are consistently updated and followed throughout the system. Assists with ACR image evaluation for MRI and serves as the point person for quality and safety implementation and support. Acts as a liaison between the MRMD and MRSE for MRI techs at all locations. RequirementsEducation: Graduation of JRCERT Accredited or ARRT approved Radiography or MRI Degree Program. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist. Previous experience in a MRSO role preferred. Knowledge of current ACR policies and recommendations regarding MRI Safety. Certification: ARRT MRI certification required. Certification from the ABMRS as a MRSO required within 1 year of hire. BLS required. License: Florida Radiological Technologist License. Other: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Problem- solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergency situations. |
