Acara Solutions is seeking a Senior Global Compensation Analyst to join out client on a REMOTE opportunity (client is located in Southern CA)

Serves as a strategic compensation partner, advising business leaders and HR on compensation strategy, market competitiveness, and compliance. Develops and implements comp solutions aligned with global total rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support assigned business groups on compensation matters
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (bonus, salary planning, equity, promotions)
  • Conduct job evaluations and advise on global job architecture
  • Perform external market analysis and internal benchmarking
  • Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate globally to align compensation tools, processes, and strategy
  • Lead and support strategic and day-to-day compensation projects
  • Recommend enhancements to compensation policies and programs
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5 years minimum experience in compensation analysis
  • 3 years minimum experience in Advanced Manufacturing or Aerospace/Defense
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (ITAR compliance)
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with global compensation and/or A&D prime systems preferred
  • Expert in compensation methodologies and wage/hour regulations
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence leaders
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, macros, VBA)
  • Workday Advanced Compensation experience preferred
