Overview and Responsibilities
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager of Analytics to lead a team focused on delivering high-impact insights for the Rotech Healthcare company. This individual will report to the Director of Data Analytics & Reporting. This role requires a hands-on leader who can bridge business strategy with data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare analytics, a solid foundation in BI tools (especially IBM Cognos, Snowflake, and Tableau), and a passion for enabling scalable reporting and self-service solutions. You will manage a team of analysts, own critical reporting infrastructure, partner closely with Operations, Finance, and IT, and help shape our analytics roadmap to support growth and operational efficiency (strategic decision-making, strategic initiatives, budgeting and forecasting, operating and long-range plans and reporting; responsible for aggregating and analyzing data to provide key financial insights that drives the company's strategic decisions, financial forecasts and operating plans). - Lead a team of analysts in delivering accurate, scalable reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, operational performance, and financial outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Data Analytics, Reporting, & Server Administration Team and business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT, and others), ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Oversee intake, prioritization, and timely delivery of analytics requests, ensuring high service levels across business units.
- Build and maintain foundational datasets, data definitions, and governed reporting layers.
- Ensure team adherence to analytics best practices, documentation standards, and data governance policies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring team members on advanced analytics techniques, business acumen, and stakeholder communication.
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with relevant reporting and insights.
- Manage analytics projects and sprints, balancing tactical requests with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize existing reporting to reduce redundancy, improve performance, and enhance user experience.
- Represent the analytics team in cross-functional projects and leadership meetings.
Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data strategy roles.
- 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or people management role.
- Proficiency in a Business Intelligence Reporting Platform (Preferably IBM Cognos).
- Proficiency in a Data Visualization Platform (Preferably Tableau).
- Proficiency in Snowflake.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Graduate Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience delivering reporting and analytics in a healthcare, medical device, or similar regulated environment.
- Familiarity with DME billing, revenue cycle, or operations.
- Experience standing up or maturing an analytics program.
- Previous exposure to data governance and data quality initiatives.
