Summary

We're looking for a Senior Designer to bring our brand to life through impactful, high-quality packaging design across our suite of products. You're a big-picture thinker and hands-on maker who understands the power of design in shaping perception, building connection, and inspiring action.
As a key member of the creative team, you'll collaborate with marketing, innovation, product, and retail partners to translate strategy into thoughtful design that is beautiful, effective, and true to brand.

Responsibilities
  • Concept and execute creative across a variety of mediums, including print and packaging
  • Ensure design work is consistent with brand standards, while evolving the visual language and exploring new ideas.
  • Translate creative briefs into strategic design solutions that tell a compelling story.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement efforts.
  • Produce digital assets (e.g., social content, web visuals, email headers), while prioritizing overall brand expression.
  • Present work confidently and thoughtfully, responding to feedback with flexibility and clarity.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a editorial, brand, lifestyle, or consumer-facing environment or 7+ years of design experience and certification or equivalent
  • Experience in ad agency/in house or marketing services preferred
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work-identity, packaging, and supporting digital.
  • Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and storytelling.
  • Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Type design skills a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative setting.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for building meaningful, design-led brand experiences.

Compensation Range:$96,000.00-$143,000.00, plus bonus.
