Material Handler CCA ( Feeders & Reels) Location:McKinney, TX (75071) Job ID: #71135 Pay Range: $16-19 1st shift :8:00am to 5:00pm Years of Experience Required : 1-2 years w/ Feeders & Reels onCircuit Card Assembly Manufacturing Line Open to US Citizen only THE COMPANY : Work with the 5th largest Aerospace & Defense company in the world. Set-up Feeders and Reels on the (CCA) Circuit Card Assembly Manufacturing Line according to production schedules and specifications. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Conduct inventory reconciliation to ensure accurate tracking and availability of materials. Move products and materials within the production area to support various stages of the manufacturing process. Document and report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory, equipment, or production processes. Required Skill Sets: Years of Experience Required : 1-2 years Ability to work with various tools and equipment for setting up Feeders and Reels. Understanding of machinery operations and maintenance procedures. Accuracy in setting up equipment and conducting inventory reconciliation. Identifying and addressing discrepancies or issues in production processes. Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials up to 28 pounds as required. Performing physical tasks related to moving products and setup procedures. Years of Experience Required : 1-2 years with Feeders & Reels Desired Skill Sets: Proficiency in using CMES and SAP for inventory tracking and reporting. Accurate documentation of setup and inventory activities. Strong ability to identify and resolve setup or operational issues.
