Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, or 2 years combined with additional experience in change management or related fields. Proven understanding of sales processes and field operations within the commercial furniture sector. Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms. Willingness to travel up to 30% to engage with teams, customers, and industry partners. What to Note: While you'll work alongside technical teams, your focus will be on strategy, enablement, and driving implementation and adoption-not coding or building models. What You Will Be Doing: Lead AI Strategy Execution: Drive the implementation of Steelcase's AI vision, ensuring our AI strategy is translated into meaningful, high-impact initiatives across the organization and for our customers. Champion AI Enablement and Adoption: Work closely with teams across the company to drive AI literacy, enablement, and adoption-helping people at all levels understand, trust, and unlock the power of our AI experiences. Connect and Amplify Diverse Voices: Gather, represent, and amplify the perspectives of designers, dealers, sales teams, and other Steelcase employees, ensuring our AI strategy addresses real user needs and opportunities. Inspire Through Storytelling and Advocacy: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and stories that showcase our AI journey to customers, dealers, influencers, and internal teams-making AI both accessible and inspiring. Collaborate for Impact: Partner with Brand Communications, Global Talent Development, Sales, Dealers, Design, Digital Experience, and AI teams to embed AI into the core of what we do. Act with Curiosity and Urgency: Approach every challenge with a problem-solving mindset, always learning, and driving action in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
