Langley Federal Credit Union is currently hiring for a Full-Time Technical Writer to work hybrid remote from our City Center office located in Newport News, VA. Job Summary: Creates, edits, and maintains technical documentation for IT policies, software applications, systems, hardware, enterprise architecture, and projects. Collaborates with IT co-workers across various roles to translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation. This role ensures that end-users, IT co-workers, and stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date product manuals, IT-related documentation, policies, and technical guides. Organizes documents in structured workspaces and libraries to make sure they are easy to find and retrieve. Contributes to process improvements in documentation workflows. Qualifications:
