The Opportunity: The Program Manager for Certification for drive the practice-based application of certification, model fidelity, and continuous improvement for Community Schools. This role involves collaborating with Center for Community Schools leaders to assess sites for implementation fidelity and certification eligibility. Key responsibilities include delivering training, conducting interviews and focus groups, reviewing critical documents, and generating comprehensive reports. You will also actively contribute to the continuous enhancement of the UCF Community Partnership School Certification process, associated workshops, and the technical assistance provided to directors, nonprofits, and site-level partnerships.
