Mid-Level Logistic Product Support Analyst

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is accountable, willing to learn, flexible and has a positive attitude. This position has countless opportunities to learn about contracting and providing logistical fleet support.

In this position, you will:


  • Coordinate with the LHA/LPD Team Leads to define/capture any ILS issues and be prepared to respond during Product Support Management Team (PSMTs) Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) and Bi-Weekly Status Reports (BWSRs) meetings.


  • Assist Serco Team Lead with ILS Management Team (PSMT), Logistics Support Assessments (LSA) and other various ILS meetings.
  • Coordinate with the LHA Team Lead to define/capture any ILS issues and to be prepared to respond during PSMTs and Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA)/LSA etc.
  • Primary backup for coordination of LHA Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) efforts for logistic products.
  • Assess and provide quality assurance feedback on all ILS documentation, draft instructions, and product deliverables.
  • Assist in the development of logistics support plans (LCSP, DMSMS, etc.) and logistics considerations in program planning and documentation.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled LHA/LPD ILS meetings. telecons, MS Teams, and other meetings, as appropriate, across other PMS377 division.
  • Coordinate ILS meetings, record meeting minutes, provide logistical support, brief, and track action items/milestones.
  • Manage, update and distribute the LHA bi-weekly Team action item database.
  • Perform various Integrated Data Environment (IDE) folder structure development such as creating and removing of folders, uploading of ILS Plans and Program Office approval letters.
  • Demonstrate ability to be a team player; works well with others; contributes positively to work/team environment while continually seeks ways to enhance contribution to the team.


To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current or active DoD Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Five to seven years professional experience.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. ).
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time.
