POSITION SUMMARY The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the assigned station, ensuring efficient and high-quality production while leading and mentoring a team of employees. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coordinate team activities and prioritize tasks to meet production goals. Implement company policies and procedures through effective supervision and progressive discipline. Maintain high-quality standards in all completed installations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and report any unsafe conditions. Manage training programs and cross-training initiatives for team members. Keep accurate documentation of production records and labor accounts. Facilitate communication among team members and conduct regular meetings. Address any production issues or part shortages in a timely manner. Promote a clean and organized work environment at all times. Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documentation. Familiarity with production processes and software, including Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality control. Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
