Learn more at GCE.org. Overview The Building Manager II is responsible for overseeing and managing assigned building within contract award. This position is responsible for safely overseeing and performing duties as detailed in the performance work statement or other contracted services. Quality customer service is expected to be provided to the customer at all times. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position. Role Requirements
Physical Requirements While performing this job's duties, the team member is regularly required to stand and walk and frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The team member is required to be on his/her feet for extended periods. The team member frequently must squat, stoop or kneel, reach above the head and reach forward. This job will require lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs. and may require occasional lifting and or moving up to 40 pounds. There will be exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures, and the noise level at the workplace is usually moderate. Most work will take place indoors. Will work with cleaning chemicals. Will be required to follow Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change. Will require working early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and/or evening hours and weekends and holidays.
