We are seeking an experienced and strategic legal professional to lead our competition, antitrust, and regulatory legal efforts across the Americas. As the
Director of Americas Competition, Antitrust, and Regulatory Legal, you will provide expert legal counsel to internal stakeholders on a wide range of antitrust and regulatory matters affecting our operations and business strategies across North and South America.
You will be a key member of our global Legal, Public Policy, and ESG team, advising on complex legal and policy issues, ensuring compliance with competition laws and regulatory obligations, and engaging with government authorities and external counsel. This role requires a combination of deep subject matter expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
