The Executive Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor and customer champion for Theta's strategic global accounts. This role is responsible for executing comprehensive, forward-thinking sales strategies that align with the business goals of our key accounts while advancing Theta's global growth objectives. As the primary point of contact, the Executive Key Account Manager will lead enterprise software integration initiatives to support customer objectives, achieve financial targets, and deliver on critical milestones.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic account management: Serve as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned key accounts (ExxonMobil and Vital).
  • Relationship Development: Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Continued engagement at customer enterprise level ensuring satisfactory support.
  • Organic Growth; Drive revenue growth within existing key accounts by identifying new opportunities, promoting product enhancements while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, leading to renewals and expansion.
  • Enterprise Sales: Lead long sales cycles for large enterprise organizations, understanding their unique business challenges, and demonstrating how Theta's software solutions can deliver substantial value and ROI.
  • Technical Proficiency: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Theta software technology effectively communicating its technical capabilities and business benefits to both technical and c-level audiences.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Accurately forecast sales activity, manage a robust pipeline, and provide regular updates to sales leadership on account progress and revenue projections.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support.
  • Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings within the artificial lift industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; preferred masters
  • 7-10 years of successful experience in sales, and 2 years managing global key accounts within the oil & gas industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining C-level client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills at all levels including with an executive presence.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
