Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Shift: First Shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Coordinate order fulfillment including picking, packing, labeling, and shipment processing
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit required documentation to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and transportation regulations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers' front-line personnel and service partners to ensure top-tier service delivery
  • Anticipate and resolve issues that could delay the release or movement of freight
  • Track inventory, process orders, and enter accurate data into internal systems
  • Manage billing processes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely vendor and customer payments
  • Provide guidance on payment terms and resolve banking or letter of credit concerns
  • Collaborate with brokers and third-party providers to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Research and negotiate carrier rates; provide accurate freight quotes
  • Assist with post-entry activity and maintain thorough communication across departments



What We're Looking For:



  • 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or customer service in a warehouse or transportation environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic data entry systems
  • Familiarity with customs documentation and compliance procedures is a plus
  • Ability to lift 35+ lbs and adapt to flexible scheduling if needed
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
