Position: Accessory Product Planner (Long-term Temporary Assignment)
Location: Fountain Valley, CA.
Pay: $27-$37/hour, depending on experience level

Overview:

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Accessory Product Planner to develop and present vehicle accessory product plans based on OEM guides, market trends, and competitor insights. This role involves concept evaluation, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration to support new accessory planning and launch strategies.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop product plans based on OEM data, trends, and competitive analysis



  • Present new accessory concepts with risk, profitability, and feasibility analysis



  • Build business cases and profitability reviews for new and existing products



  • Generate trend reports and roadmap strategies to drive long-term accessory growth



  • Support administrative needs of the Accessory Planning department



  • Communicate regularly with HQ and internal stakeholders




Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in business, market research, engineering, or related field



  • Experience in automotive accessories with technical and mechanical knowledge



  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools



  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment



The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
