Key Accountabilities: Monitor contributors for compliance with respect to picking, packing, material handling, auditing, safety, and housekeeping procedures Use PC to enter data, create spreadsheets or documents and analyze data Coach, counsel, and train contributors Assist supervisor in motivating personnel to perform at optimum productivity and accuracy levels Manage workflow in department Participate in department meetings and projects Operate within standard operating procedures Follow proper procedures to open and close the facility Maintain neat, clean and well-organized work area Timely and regular attendance Adhere to all company policies, job procedures and safety and security standards Strive for continuous self-improvement, including participation in Learning & Development activities Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Experience in a leadership or managerial role, with a proven track record of team success Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment Ability to recognize number patterns, add, subtract, multiply and divide Education / Experience
