Department:Library Services Department Organizational Unit:Library Services Central Reference Libra Position Type:Permanent Full Time/Part Time:Full Time CLOSE DATE: 06/26/2025 $1,942.03 biweekly. Actual salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Central Area/Cocoa/Catherine Schweinsberg Rood Central Library. Work schedule is variable and includes evenings and weekends. Performs skilled professional work in the Youth Services, Creative Lab, River House, and the Mobile Library. Work involves supervision of a staff of professional, paraprofessional, and clerical employees and volunteers. REQUIREMENTS: A Master's degree from a graduate library school program. Public Library and supervisory experience are preferred. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: When usage statistics change, library employees may be assigned to another library. In the event of a hurricane, major storm, natural or man-made disaster that may threaten the area, the employee will be required to perform emergency duties as directed.
