As a Customer Solutions Architect, you'll act as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients to design and implement effective end-to-end solutions using Nokia's portfolio and third-party products. This key role involves leading IP Network Automation activities across the Americas, working closely with customers, sales, and various internal teams to drive successful projects and develop regional expertise.   • Develops customer-specific, high-level solution designs and maintains close contact with customer CTO/Chief Architect teams.
  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities, participates in complex solution sales, and translates stakeholder needs into effective solutions.
  • Designs and implements end-to-end solutions, applying architecture standards to ensure solution integrity and client requirement fulfillment.
  • Leads cross-organizational teams, influences strategic decisions, and acts as a senior subject matter expert, leading complex projects and teams.
  • Solves complex problems, independently develops concepts to guide organizational direction, and mentors team members.



You have:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering or Computer Science competency. More than 10 years of related experience
  • Expert in Network Services Platform (NSP) installation, administration, and operation
  • Experience with Network Automation
  • Experience with REST API integration
  • Experience with WorkFlow Automation
  • Experience with Ansible Automation
  • Experience with NETCONF, GNMI, and SNMP protocols
