Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144The mission of the Change Management process and team is to minimize the negative impact of technical Changes to the KeyCorp Production Environment. This is achieved by validating that all technical Changes are well planned and documented to avoid subsequent outages or incidents. The Change Management process facilitates approvals, scheduling, and notification of all technical Changes within KeyCorp Production Environment. The process is actively monitored, controlled, and enforced internally and externally. The primary responsibility of a Change Analyst is to review Change Records in various stages of the workflow and ensure compliance with Key processes and external regulatory requirements, working with Change Owners to adjust as needed. Our Change volume is high, and the Change community is large with a varying degree of knowledge on the process; Analysts coach the community on the opening of Change Records and their content and work through multiple Change Records concurrently. Our ideal candidate will be intensely detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, and a strong ability to multitask and pivot as needed. Job Qualifications include:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
