Position: Business Analyst

Reports To: Director of NectariQ

Location: Norcross, GA, Hybrid or Remote

Hours: PRN, at least 20 hours but no more than 29 hours per week

Salary/Hourly Rate: $35.00/hr.

Job Summary: IBEX IT Business Experts, LLC, is seeking a versatile and data-driven Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making across internal business units, including Human Resources, Operations, Professional Services, and Commercial Analytics. This role is a part-time position designated for U.S.-based candidates with valid F-1 OPT work authorization and is not eligible for work on U.S. government contracts.

The Business Analyst will use data tools to identify trends, build dashboards, develop predictive models, and optimize internal processes. Ideal for an early-career analyst, this position offers exposure to business intelligence, supply chain data, process automation, and corporate reporting all within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Business & Operations Analytics

    • Collect and analyze data to support internal departments such as HR, Finance, and Project Management
    • Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to guide staffing, training, and operational decisions
    • Analyze cost, time, and efficiency metrics in internal systems and recommend improvements


  • Dashboarding & Visualization

    • Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive and departmental use
    • Maintain and improve real-time visualizations to track KPIs and internal process performance


  • Predictive Modeling & Forecasting

    • Support data modeling for training ROI, staff planning, and supply chain cycles
    • Conduct historical trend analysis and build predictive frameworks using R, Python, and Excel


  • Process Optimization

    • Collaborate with internal teams to automate repetitive reporting workflows
    • Identify bottlenecks in fulfillment, onboarding, or delivery processes using data-driven analysis


  • Documentation & Insights Reporting

    • Create concise, executive-ready reports that synthesize findings into actionable insights
    • Maintain audit-friendly documentation of assumptions, sources, and methodologies used

Work Authorization Limitations:



  • Not eligible for assignment to U.S. government contracts
  • This role is designed exclusively for IBEX's commercial and internal departments
  • Must maintain an average of 20 hours per week to remain compliant with OPT requirements


Work Environment:This job operates in a professional and/or home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Appearance: All personnel should wear business casual clothing for daily work. Attire should always ensure employees safety from working conditions (long pants, appropriate shirts and closed toe shoes as required). On occasion, staff may be required to wear business dress for certain activities.

Physical Demands:This role is primarily sedentary and involves prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, and communicating via phone or video. Occasional walking, light lifting (up to 20 lbs.), or reaching may be required. Reasonable accommodation will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree (or current F-1 OPT status) in Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in business/data analysis, operations, or supply chain (internships included)
  • Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Python, SQL, and R
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences
  • Work authorization: F-1 OPT, valid through February 2026
