Responsibilities We are HIRING! Our FRB Program is looking for an Incident Manager. The qualified candidate will join a diverse and high performing team. This position is 100% remote with On Call responsibilities managing incidents. An Incident Manager needs to possess strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills.They should also be able to apply organizational, critical thinking and oral and written communication skills. An Incident Manager will be an effective team player and leader who can work independently when necessary. What will you do:
Provide an overview of IT infrastructure (e.g. servers, network), application infrastructure (e.g. SAP), and related services (e.g. Business Continuity) throughout the lifecycle of an incident in accordance with contractually established terms and conditions and established technical standards.

Target Salary Range $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
