We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, manage a growing team of recruiters, and lead full-cycle hiring efforts for key roles across the business. This highly visible role partners closely with HR and business leaders to forecast talent needs, shape the candidate experience, and ensure delivery of diverse, qualified talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Lead and optimize full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and levels.
  • Develop scalable sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Actively recruit for key and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
  • Oversee and develop a team of recruiters, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Analyze and report recruiting KPIs to drive process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards and HRBPs to deliver competitive offers.
  • Manage recruitment systems and tools (e.g., ATS, sourcing platforms).
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and lead diversity recruiting efforts.
  • Support early career and internship programs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve recruitment impact and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE



  • Bachelor's degree required; focus in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity.



REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS



  • Strong expertise in ATS and sourcing tools; UKG/UltiRecruit preferred.
  • Proven experience mentoring and developing recruiters.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Broad recruiting experience across professional, technical, and leadership roles.
  • High discretion when handling sensitive candidate and organizational data.



Base Salary Range $110,000-$140,000 annually

The salary range provided serves as a general guideline for potential compensation for this position. It reflects the base salary and does not account for other benefits or additional compensation opportunities that may apply. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary.

At Trex, individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We are committed to maintaining pay equity and consider the internal equity of our existing team members when finalizing compensation offers.
