Technical Support Specialist I (Contract role) Bellevue, WA Bungie is looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist I to function in the role as a Desktop Technician. You will be helping us support the workstations and people working on our world class games! Day-to-day duties and challenges are multifaceted, from building high end workstations to helping on projects that promote our new releases. The ideal candidate is a phenomenal teammate, possessing outstanding customer service skills and an appetite for growing their technical breadth. We often tread the razor's edge on new technology adoption, so adaptability and a strong desire to research, investigate and find unique solutions is a must. The successful candidate will be responsible for imaging numerous machines simultaneously, tracking project progress and deploying new machines across the studio. The ideal candidate will be able to solve common Windows and imaging issues and be able to operate independently. Organization and drive are key in this role. Responsibilities:
