Introduction to the Job ASML brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. The Talent Community Development function is a strategic pillar within ASML's Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem. It focuses on proactively sourcing and engaging niche technical and leadership talent to ensure a 'ready-now' pipeline aligned with future business needs. Role and Responsibilities The Talent Community Development Lead will design and implement strategies to source, build, and engage a pool of high-potential candidates for technical and leadership roles. Reporting to the Talent Engagement Leader, this role ensures alignment of talent pipelines with business needs, maintaining a 'ready-now' candidate pool.
