Description

    Fully remote working position

    The Senior Physician Compensation Analyst role supports the day-to-day administration of physician compensation. This role provides operational and analytical support for compensation models and reposts, special pay vouchers, compensation surveys, reporting and ad-hoc data request.

    • The ideal candidate must be professional, detail oriented and is comfortable working with all levels of leadership.
    • In this role the Senior Physician Compensation Analyst would manage work groups through process changes while ensuring effective communication and collaboration amongst teams.

    **Project Management experience is a plus!

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience required
    2. License/Certifications: N/A
    3. Experience: Five years of related work experience required.
    4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced analytical skills to run analysis and manipulate large data sets. Project Management.
    5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
