A DAY IN THE LIFE:

The Warehouse Manager leads a team overseeing daily warehouse operations across multiple facilities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage and movement of materials. Establishes and monitors productivity targets, while maintaining compliance with workplace health, safety and quality standards. Continuously identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

YOU'RE AWESOME AT:



  • Team Supervision - Hires, trains, and supervises warehouse staff, sets productivity goals, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Warehouse Operations - daily material handling operations within the warehouse(s), including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping goods.
  • Material Movements - supports all material movement requests, including manufacturing support, distribution operations and inter-company needs.
  • Quality Assurance - Oversees product quality checks, manages damaged goods and ensures adherence to quality standards.
  • Inventory Management - oversees inventory across multiple warehouses, using data analysis to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Space & Resource utilization - organizes storage layout, manages space allocation, and ensures efficient use of the all equipment and resources.
  • Maintenance & Safety - Ensures regular maintenance of warehouse equipment and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Procedures & Work Instructions - establish, maintain and ensure compliance with written work instructions as required.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.


EXTRA AWESOME:



  • BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Industrial engineering, Logistics, Procurement or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • APICS certification a plus.
  • cGMP/FDA/ISO/Medical device environment preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics & distribution, Supply Chain Management, or related in a multi-site environment.
  • 3+ years in a management role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinker with problem solving and time management strengths.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices and a track record of implementing them.
  • Extensive experience within an ERP system.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, can work independently and collaboratively as a team member to meet goals while maintaining an organized and systematic approach to task completion.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite for effective management reporting and presentation.


WHEN & WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

On-Site: This role is on-site five days a week at our Barnes Canyon and/or Marindustry office due to the nature of the work involved.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting base pay range for this position is $87,300 - $109,000 annually. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate's location and the overall job market. In addition to base pay, Tandem offers a competitive compensation package that includes bonus and a robust benefits package.

Tandem offers health care benefits such as medical, dental, vision available your first day, as well as health savings accounts and flexible saving accounts. You'll also receive 11 paid holidays per year, a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (with accrual starting on day 1) and you will have access to a 401k plan with company match as well as an Employee Stock Purchase plan.
