Product Manager

Job Duties (Description of specific duties in a typical workday for this position):



  • Define and maintain ATIS product vision and strategy.
  • Manage program roadmaps and align with Agile Release Train (ART) execution.
  • Lead user story development, backlog prioritization, and definition of done.
  • Collaborate across functional teams to ensure product alignment and value delivery.
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
  • Guide iteration execution and validate deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Serve as liaison between ART, business owners, and development teams.
  • Mentor team members and lead SAFe Agile workshops.



Requirements (Years of experience, Education, Certifications):



  • 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in DoD Agile product roles.
  • Master's degree in Business, Strategic Management, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe POPM, and HCD Practitioner.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Expertise in DoD software lifecycle, Agile methodology, and stakeholder management.



Nice to Have:



  • Experience in Army program collaboration.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab).
