How you will contribute:

You will drive strong performance of your team through their selling of profitable sprinkler work from new installs to inspections and executing exceptional service to customers within southeastern MN. You will actively manage the profit and loss of the sprinkler work of the Southeastern MN and have responsibility for the area financials, determining annual sales goals for the region along with the resources and budget you need to accomplish those goals.You will have direct oversight of acquisition and overall sprinkler project execution. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills while mentoring and growing Ahern's sprinkler business.

What you need to qualify:

Ahern will make the most of your 7+ years of experience in a construction type sales/project management type role in a related field, combined with post-secondary education in a related program or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience managing financial results and/or sprinkler design experience is preferred. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
