We are seeking an experienced web front-end engineer to join a highly motivated and fast-paced team to join us in building a new creativity platform that will help define the future of Creative Cloud and Adobe's Digital Media business.

What you'll Do
  • 7+ years proven experience building and deploying web applications or interactive websites
  • Develop and implement flawless and innovative UI solutions using Lit, web components, and CSS
  • Strong skills in Javascript/HTML/CSS, experience with ES6 and React, Vue or equivalent UI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with modern web dev tools/patterns, e.g. npm, web pack, etc; loading optimization, cloud deployment strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and deliver outstanding user experiences
  • Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative team environment
  • Deliver a responsive, scalable solution ready for a mass audience.
  • Provide recommendations on how to make the products more usable. You will use our analytics tools, user research, and in-house community team to gather information and gain insights as to how people use our product to drive new ideas.
What you need to succeed
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • Proven experience with Lit, web components, and CSS
  • Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and standard methodologies
  • Ability to successfully implement and compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience in UX Design
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development practices
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $133,900 -- $242,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
