As Full Stack Developer, you'll work as a .NET/C# software developer as part of an agile scrum team, adding features and enhancements to an existing application in a federal government space.

What you'll do:



  • You will complete assigned user stories as part of two-week agile sprints, writing code in .NET/C# programming language to add features and enhancements to a web application in a federal government space.
  • You will attend and participate actively in all agile ceremonies, collaborate with teammates, and provide feedback leading to continuous team improvement.


What you'll need to succeed:



  • Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability
  • 3+ years experience working as a software developer using the .NET/C# programming language, as well as database management systems such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Experience working as part of a collaborative agile scrum team
  • Experience building web applications on cloud-based infrastructure
  • Experience with Git based source code repositories such as Github, Gitlab and Bitbucket


SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $127,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:



  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:


    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
