Benefit Eligible The primary responsibility is to provide a high level of call center customer service to all segments of Meriter Laboratories (ML) customers. The Client Services Representative acts as a liaison between all departments within ML, Sales, Billing, and clients for problem solving, dispensing information and evaluating the clients' expectations. This position demands a large knowledge base of technical information to support the CoreLab, Microbiology, and Histopathology departments within ML. This support includes communication of results, problem and /or concern resolution and client education. The position also provides call center service to the support sections within ML. This includes the coordination of specimen pick-up and phlebotomy services, specimen requirements and billing information, retrieval of missing information and the monitoring of reference lab bills.
