- Lead, develop, and maintain the data architecture, data models, and standards for various data integration and data warehousing in enterprise data warehouse.
- Research, develop, and maintain data solutions to enable new or existing solutions and BI development for the enterprise driven data warehouse and data visualization solutions.
- Maintain current data infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability across all data workflows.
- Influence code reviews through WellSky solution subject matter expertise.
- Develop and train teammates for data security, architecture, and governance requirements while maintaining data quality standards through automation.
- Adhere to WellSky core values, ensure PHI data security, and adapt to changing BI technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server in a client facing setting.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize dashboard performance, from workbook design to server configuration.
- Proficiency in SQL and dimensional modeling for analytics-ready data sources.
- Deep knowledge of Tableau Server administration, including REST API, Tabcmd, and TSM.
- Strong understanding of row-level security and role-based access control.
- Experience working with SQL Server, Snowflake, or BigQuery as BI data sources.
- Familiarity with data transformation tools such as DBT.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Sisense and willingness to assist during transition or co-support periods.
- Knowledge of GCP infrastructure, especially IAM and BigQuery.
- Background in healthcare analytics or HIPAA-compliant data environments.
