Reporting to the Head, Global Workplace Experience, this person will oversee the Global Real Estate function, including leasing, capital projects, and space planning teams, ensuring successful execution of the real estate program for Capital Group. The individual in this role will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the real estate strategy, space planning/workplace strategy, design and execution of capital projects within the Capital Group Companies Global (CGCG) and related companies' portfolios. The Director, Global Real Estate will manage Associates and oversee third party vendors, driving a coordinated real estate program across multiple teams to execute Capital's strategy. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
